Way back in 1952, Clarie Warlimont had the foresight to start a small real estate agency. Back then it was known as a friendly business. Nothing has changed in that respect. When Richard Nutt Snr joined in 1970, the Warlimont & Nutt name was coined.
In 1984, Fergus Nutt followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the team. Today, Fergus is one of our Directors who has set the benchmark for client service in the area. It was in 2017 that Trent Cameron was appointed as our second director after years of quality work and sales at the agency. Together, they lead a business we’re very proud of working for.
In 2024, our team is made-up of men and women that span multiple generations. We’re growing every year and often reflect on our humble beginnings. We may have a fresh new look and use the latest tech to get the best results. But we’ve never forgotten that we started by providing a service to the community. One we love and that we are still a big part of today.
